Try this steps if 3D animals not working in your phone.

1. Your device must support google AR.
    find list of device which support google AR from below link

also install google  AR Service


2. Give camera permission to Chrome and Google application.

•  Open Settings.
• Apps & Notifications.
• Open Chrome Or Google
• Set Camera and access. 

3. If above steps done but still not working then Update your system app it may work.
